Supplied Air Respirators (SCBA)

These accessories help ensure proper air quality and deliverability when used with MSA constant flow airline systems. Filters remove 99% (minimum) of >0.3 micron particulate for up to 1000 hours of use. Air supply hoses deliver respirable air from 8 to 5 feet in temperatures from -25ºF to 212ºF (depending on type). And cylinder cascade systems deliver single-source air to one or more workers.

This Type C, supplied-air respirator supplies a continuous flow of air to the face piece from an external source. The complete assembly is available with the Advantage® 4000 face piece, plus breathing tube, web support belt and air flow control valve. Use only in non-IDLH environments.

The G1 Facepiece was designed without electronic components, to minimize weight, reduce your stress and fatigue and improve your overall performance level. This design also means that there are no electronic components on the outside of the facepiece that may result in snag and entanglement hazards. What’s more, by eliminating costly electronic components, the price is reduced substantially, allowing personal-issue facepieces to be a cost effective measure. As an added bonus, the facepiece is equipped with cross-contamination prevention to reduce the spread of illness when facepieces are shared. But MSA didn’t stop there. The MSA G1 SCBA is also equipped with a speaking diaphragm to increase speech clarity while off air. The new G1 Facepiece is not only lightweight and compact with overall low profile design, it’s comfortable and built to last. Taking the preferred design features of the Ultra Elite Facepiece, including wide field of view and comfortable, robust seal geometry, we’ve taken the MSA G1 SCBA to the next level with an open port to provide low breathing resistance, both on and off air. The G1 Facepiece can help you to conserve energy for when you need it most.

Choose from eight different cylinders, each designed especially for MSA Air Masks. Available in high and low pressure with air supply durations of 30, 45 and 60 minutes. This stand-alone personal alert safety systems detects the cessation of bodily movement and activates an automatic alarm. For enhanced safety the alarm can be activated manually also. It is extremely simple to use. The sensitive, electronic motion sensor recognises all normal body Movements. Maintenance-free and durable - the motionSCOUT guarantees a great cost-performance-ratio. The operating time is extremely high being >200 hours, same as the alarm time of 10 hours continuous sound.

Clearly and easily see air cylinder content when wearing an MSA Ultra Elite Facepiece. This display system includes a transmitter assembly that securely mounts to the SCBA shoulder gauge pressure hose. Sends a digitally encoded signal to the facepiece-mounted receiver. Displays cylinder contents in one-quarter increments. Features 7 LED light patterns.

This combination supplied-air respirator with SCBA is designed especially for escape. Versatile, comfortable and affordable, it features a single-assembly first-stage regulator and cylinder valve. Small in size and profile, this one is ideal for working in tight places.

Get air on demand with this high-performance, Type C, supplied-air respirator. Mask-mounted regulator responds quickly to changing breathing requirements. Maintains a slight positive pressure to prevent contaminants from invading the face piece. Ideal for chemical and petrochemical processing, municipal utilities, and asbestos and lead paint abatement, as well as non-IDLH environments such as pharmaceutical applications and hazardous materials clean up. Available as a basic supplied air device or as a combination air-line/air-purifying respirator.

The PremAire Combination, a Combination Supplied Airline Respirator with compressed air cylinder, is designed to be versatile, comfortable, and affordable. A streamlined design offers a first stage pressure reducer and cylinder valve within one assembly, creating a very small size and profile that is less likely to snag when working in confined space or tight places. The PremAire Combination can be equipped with either the 3S-PS-MaXX or the Ultra Elite-PS-MaXX full face mask in combination with the AutoMaXX-AS lung-governed demand valve.

This full-face, pressure-demand, Type-C supplied-air respirator features a patented waist-mounted manifold for incredible flexibility. Can be converted from a supplied-air device to an air-purifying system. Dual-supply option lets users connect from one pressurized continuous air source to another—without losing continuity of airflow. The vortex tube option delivers whole-body temperature control for added comfort.

These assemblies connect air supply hoses to the manifold and air source. Locking-type quick disconnects are available to interconnect lengths of air supply hose. With locking quick-disconnects, use up to 12 sections of hose to make up the maximum length.
